Happy Monday! &lt;br/&gt;
Normally I would be having the post Sunday blues right now and dreading the week ahead, but instead&amp;#8230; I am excited for the days to come.&lt;br/&gt;
Let&amp;#8217;s start with what I had for breakfast-&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oatmeal with frozen berries, nuts, and dried cranberries! &lt;br/&gt;
I took a QBC, Multivitamin, and a Fish Oil.&lt;br/&gt;
It is 11 am and I am still not hungry! This never happens! By now I am ready for a snack, all the protein and just enough carbs though must have done the trick! &lt;br/&gt;
What did you have for breakfast?&lt;br/&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you came here looking to find fun recipes, and the adventure of crossing over from a diet full of meat and dairy, to a diet rich in plant based and whole foods&amp;#8230; Congratulations, you made it!&lt;br/&gt;If you have type A blood&amp;#8230; this is the type of diet you should be on!&lt;br/&gt;If you are type O&amp;#8230; no one likes you and please leave now. Just kidding, but really..&lt;br/&gt;We all know, you get to eat all the meat you want and this is all just hogwash to you, blah blah blah.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But Type As are different. Type As are more likely to get cancer than other blood types.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;a href="http://altmedangel.com/canblood.htm"&gt;http://altmedangel.com/canblood.htm&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This is because our bodies have less defenses against cancer. This DOESN&amp;#8217;T mean you WILL get cancer. However, it does mean that you should feed your body what it needs to be in tip-top shape to work like a well oiled machine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our bodies cannot get sick, unless its defenses are down. For type As this means eating meat and large amount of dairy wreck our bodies. Eating a plant based diet rich in vitamins and minerals, and gaining your protein from non animal sources, helps our bodies to defend itself against illness, and disease.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Organically grown is a great option. These vegetables are not harmed with chemicals, raw sewage to &amp;#8216;fertilize&amp;#8217;, or genetically modified. This means you are going to be getting the most for your money when it comes to what you are actually consuming vitamin and mineral wise. I am lucky enough to have a wonderful store located only five minutes from my home that offers great produce, and dairy free options.&lt;/p&gt;
